My name is Maïka Séguin, and I am the founder of Candid Chapter — a company born from a deep love for real emotions, careful details, and sincere stories.
I believe that behind every moment lies a chapter to be told.
My role is to bring it to life through organization, design, and content creation.
I have always had a curious view of beauty: the kind that is felt more than seen.
After several years working in marketing, planning and visual creation, I wanted to build a universe where aesthetics meet emotion.
Candid Chapter is that marriage — between structure and spontaneity, between artistic direction and authenticity.
One of the best choices we made for our wedding was having Maïka capture all the behind-the-scenes magic. She was the perfect complement to our photographer and videographer — capturing those spontaneous and authentic moments we would never have seen otherwise.
She blended in seamlessly, made everyone feel at ease, and seemed to be everywhere at once without ever being intrusive. Thanks to her, we have the truest and most joyful memories of our day, which we will cherish forever. ❤️
