Refund Policy

At Candid Chapter, each service is tailor-made with care, intention, and creativity. Given the personalized nature of our services, our refund policies are as follows:

 

1. Creative services (art direction, visual design, wedding identity)

Services include creating a visual identity, designing stationery or graphic elements.

• No refunds are offered once the creation phase has begun (e.g. moodboard, palettes, mockups, etc.).

• If you cancel before the start of the work, only the deposit remains non-refundable (unless otherwise agreed in writing in the contract).

• Any changes to the project after approval of the models may result in additional costs, but do not entitle you to a refund.

2. Content creation services (reels, stories, Polaroids)

• The deposit is non-refundable once the date is reserved.

• In the event of cancellation on your part, no refund will be made if the event is cancelled less than 30 days before the scheduled date.

• In the event of a major impediment (illness, extreme weather conditions, etc.), a postponement may be proposed, depending on our availability.

 

3. Printed products (menus, invitations, posters, etc.)

• Once files are sent for printing, no cancellations or modifications can be guaranteed.

• No refunds will be offered for errors approved by the customer during final validation.

• If an error is found on our part (defective files or wrong quantity), a replacement will be offered free of charge.

 

4. Special cases

We understand that some life events are unforeseen. In the event of exceptional circumstances (death, medical emergency, etc.), we will evaluate each situation sympathetically, upon presentation of supporting documentation.
