Delivery Policy — Printed Items

At Candid Chapter, every printed item is carefully designed, reviewed with you, and custom-made before shipping. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

 

1. Production times

• The average production time varies between 7 and 60 working days after final design validation.

• During periods of high demand or for complex orders, additional lead time may apply. This will be communicated to you at the time of ordering.

2. Delivery methods

• Delivery is provided via Canada Post or other reliable courier service (Purolator, UPS, etc.).

• A tracking number will be provided to you when available.

• Hand pickup may be available free of charge if you are in the Gatineau/Ottawa area

 

3. Delivery costs

• Shipping costs vary depending on weight, volume and destination.

• They are specified in your quote before confirmation of the order.

• Delivery is free for some complete packages — this will be indicated in your contract or invoice.

 

4. International Delivery

• Delivery outside of Canada is available upon request. Additional fees, delays, and customs formalities may apply.

 

5. Verification & Responsibility

• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the delivery address.

• Once the package has been shipped, Candid Chapter cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses or damages caused by the carrier.

• If there is any obvious damage upon receipt, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Errors or defects

• If the error is ours (incorrect quantity, design or printing), we will reprint or correct your order at no cost.

• No replacement will be offered if files were validated with errors by the customer.
